Colchester Parade. Must sign up (40 golf carts maximum). Line-up at 8:30 AM at workshop/laundromat. Park Parade at 1:00 PM. Decorate anything with wheels (no cars). Meet at the Rec Hall. Ice Cream Social to follow.
